Cellular accessories today have become the most critical integral part of telecommunication solutions for handset manufactures (OEM), network operators, service providers and retailers alike.

For the handset manufacturer it is of increasing concern to improve the performance versus weight & size ratio, and to review cost particularly of the battery pack and charger solutions supplied with the telephone handset, OEM’S are constantly looking for alternative sources and methods of reduce cost without sacrificing technology and quality. Increasingly, OEM’S are also looking for suppliers to provide complete accessory program solutions as part of their outsourcing strategy to reduce cost. 1995

» Started manufacturing of high quality leather cases for mobile phones for export and local market.
» Set up a trading office in New Delhi with tie ups for supply of batteries, chargers from Taiwan.
» First company in India to import mobile accessories. Even before the cellular services were launched in    India.
» Ties up with top manufacturers in Taiwan like – Formosa, leading point, shuttle and Hannhwa.

1996

» Awarded the orders from essar and Airtel the first two service providers in New Delhi.
» Start export of leather cases to Europe and U.S.A. supplying to vodafone, Orange and Motorola.
» Started the website - www.callmateindia.com . The first mobile company to do so.

1997

» Supplying accessories to various service providers pan India like – sky cell, Fascel, BPL, Essar , Modi      Cellcom etc.
» Design and develop excellent bundling packages for service providers.
» Add a line of fashion accessories like colorful pouches and covers, neck cords, stickers etc.
» Start an internet solutions company for Sme’s – Callmate Infotech Pvt. Ltd.

1998

» Tied up With pac electronics in Taiwan to set up a Nicd / Nimh battery pack manufacturing plant in New    Delhi.
» The manufacture of battery packs commences in August 1997. The first company in India to                    manufacture. the mobile battery packs.
» Bought the latest impedance tester from Hioki (Japan).

1999

» The first company to manufacture Li Ion battery packs in India. Tie up with lag for supply of Li Ion          cells.
» Establish the company headquarters in Mahipalpur – near the airport for facilitation import shipments.
» 10000 Sq. ft. facility operational.
» Start the city office in Karol Bagh for outstation sale and OEM sale.
» Change the name of Callmate InfoTech (P) Ltd. to Calltel Infotech (P) Ltd. Have more than 25 clients.      Designing and promoting websites.

2000

» Convert the leather case manufacturing facility to ultrasonic welding unit for manufacture of                    transparent PVC cases.
» The first in India to manufacture and market clear skin fitted covers.
» Set up a joint venture office in Guangzhou in china for consolidating the various components.
» Become the first company in India in our segment to be awarded the ISO certificate.
» Start to procure car chargers and travel chargers from lucent Trans (China Unit).
» Set up small kiosks – wireless zones to test retailing capabilities. 4 kiosks set up in south Delhi.

2001

» Set up a test production plant for assembling travel chargers in New Delhi.
» By now have a pan India network of over 30 distributors.
» Production capacity for battery packs increased to 2000 Pcs a day by adding another plant.
» Participate in the Ces show in Las Vegas and had a presence in cubit in Hanover via our international      parent company – Callmate UK Ltd.
» Start to market the accessories in Europe and USA leveraging the production capacities built up in            China.
» Add a full range of portable hands free kits and car kits.

2002

» Do various bundling promotions with Airtel – by now the leading service provider in India with the            biggest foot print.
» Start to manufacture for various start up brands in the India market. Complete solutions offered from      concept to shelf.
» Get out of the business of manufacturing of cases in India. The factory wrapped up and focus shifted to    core products.

2003-2004

» Further consolidate the business by expanding the distributor and dealer network in the metros and          states.
» By now have over 150 people working in various capacities in the company.
» Various new products added in the line like – blue tooth handsets, Bluetooth dongles, anti radiation          products, data cables and software’s etc.

2005

» Initiate the setting up of the manufacturing plant in Parwanoo – H.P. production commences in May          2005. The group company named – Eurolink.
» 85 people produce more than 1 million Pcs of chargers and battery packs in the 8 months till the year      ending 2005
» Largest manufacturer of accessories in India. Various products at various price levels in the offer            basket.
» Various tie ups with service providers in for supply of bundling accessories and charging stations.
» Launch the complete range of multi media cards, card readers, and flash drives etc. Also start to            market iPod accessories.
» Tie up with Tata to supply and sell Callmate accessories thu their stores pan India.
» Cemented a strategic alliance with M/S linkpower and M/S Hua Jin technologies in China to source          and supply all components and inputs for the manufacturing arm.

2006

» Upgrade the production capacities in Eurolink.
» Enlarge the range of products by adding various iPod accessories like speakers and FM transmitters,        skype head sets etc.
» Implement an aggressive sales strategy for the year. To leverage the retail boom and initiatives to tie      up with major players for placing Callmate accessories at all retail points.
